Open to your deeper self through group workshops in Australia and Italy leading you through mindful, creative and spiritual practices.
You’ll be introduced to new ways to explore connection with yourself, through practices and tools you can take home and incorporate into your day-to-day life, all in the company of other women eager to engage in self-exploration work.
We’ll come together and explore:
meditation
experimental art
journaling
card reading
essential oils
crystals
spiritual books
You’ll discover new pathways to bring creativity, self-exploration and mindfulness into your everyday lives and routines.
Held in a safe, non-judgmental space, in this 2 hour workshop we share the tools, space and time to open to being our real selves, nourishing and awakening the spiritual connection and creativity you may fear is absent or no longer there.
No experience required, all activities are designed for beginners.
Although this workshop is held in a group setting, you will experience the activities alone, without any expectation of performance, allowing you to participate as much as you feel comfortable.

Making Mindful Magic details mindful experiences adults and children can share together, told through poetic verse and full-colour pastel illustrations.
The book is filled with experiences that are technology-free, mostly set in nature and ignite children's (and adults') innate creativity, inviting them into the present moment.
A detailed guide for parents and teachers accompanies the verses at the end of the book with helpful advice on getting the most out of the book and the mindful experiences.
Whether you're a parent or a teacher, an aunt or uncle or grandparent, or anything in between, Making Mindful Magic is a book you will love to use often with the children in your life.
