You’ll learn about meditation, Chakra maintenance, energy healing, crystal therapy and aromatherapy. We’ll explore ways to create your own sacred space and to connect with your creative self through experimental art in a supported atmosphere of non-judgemental, feminine energy as you meet with like-minded women.
